Cancellation and Refund Policy
At iGoRide Mobility Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide a reliable and efficient ride-sharing experience for both drivers and passengers. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to maintain fairness, encourage accountability, and minimize disruptions.
6.1 Ride Cancellation by Passenger
- Passengers may cancel a booking at any time before the scheduled pick-up.
- Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in warnings or temporary suspension of the account.
- If a payment has been made and the cancellation is initiated within a stipulated refundable window, eligible refunds will be processed according to our refund terms.
6.2 Ride Cancellation by Driver
- Drivers are expected to honor confirmed bookings. If a driver must cancel, they should notify the passenger as early as possible.
- Repeated or last-minute cancellations by drivers may lead to penalties or suspension from the platform.
6.3 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for pre-paid bookings canceled within the eligible time frame (as defined in booking terms).
- Service fees (if any) may be non-refundable depending on the case.
- Refunds, once approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6.4 No-Show Policy
- If a passenger fails to show up at the pickup point within the designated wait time, no refund will be provided.
- If a driver does not arrive at the pickup point, the passenger is entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made.
