5. Payment and Fees

6. Cancellations and Refunds

- Drivers and passengers can cancel bookings; however, frequent cancellations may lead to account suspension.

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per RS Carpool's refund policy.

RS Carpool is a platform facilitating ride-sharing and does not assume responsibility for any accidents, delays, or disputes between users.
